Return and Exchanges

We want you to feel confident and happy with your purchase. If something isn’t the right fit, you can easily request a return or exchange by following the guidelines below.


Returns

  • You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as delivered.

  • All tags, labels, and original packaging must be intact.

  • Returns are not accepted for innerwear, accessories, and items bought on special sale or clearance.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Refunds usually take 3–7 working days to reflect.


Exchanges

If your item doesn’t fit or you want a different size or color:

  • You can request an exchange within 7 days of delivery.

  • The product should be unworn, unwashed, and returned in original condition.

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

If the requested size/color is unavailable, we will offer you store credit or a refund as per your preference.


Items Not Eligible for Return/Exchange

  • Used, washed, or damaged items

  • Products without tags or original packaging

  • Items purchased under final sale, flash sale, or heavy discounts

  • Innerwear and hygiene-sensitive products


Easy Return Process

  1. Contact our support team through email, WhatsApp, or the website’s return request form.

  2. Pack the product securely with all tags and packaging.

  3. We will arrange a pickup from your address (based on service area).

  4. After inspection, your refund or exchange will be processed.


Important Notes

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

  • In rare cases, if the return request doesn’t meet our quality check, the item will be sent back to you.

  • For COD orders, refunds will be issued as store credit or bank transfer.
